Our New Adventure in Sacramento

WHA is excited to announce that we are expanding our Northern California footprint! The California state capital, the City of Trees, and now home to WHA’s fourth office location: Sacramento.

As the sixth largest city in California and the cultural and economic core of the area, we’ve had our eyes on Sacramento as one of the next extensions of our firm. It’s ever-evolving contemporary culture and continual population growth serves as a great opportunity to address the needs of residents through our fresh, adaptive, and transformational designs.

With our San Ramon office flourishing with a broad range of developments, we have expanded our efforts through a new office location to target the multifamily and affordable housing market in the greater Sacramento area. In addition, WHA looks forward to building upon our influence in the area through our expertise in land planning and architectural design for single-family, mixed-use, campus housing, recreational, and master planned communities. This steady presence throughout Northern California serves as an excellent opportunity to strengthen our relationships with the community and clientele, thus creating no limits to WHAt’s Next.

Nathaniel Sebok, AIA, our newest principal, will be opening the new office by leveraging his influence and expertise on the market. Nathaniel is a licensed architect with 20 years of experience in a broad scope of projects ranging from institutional to multifamily and mixed-use retail based in the greater Sacramento area. His strengths include project management skills that accompany being an architect of record as well as firm management. He enjoys the leadership aspects of an architecture firm just as much as the practice of architecture and design, which makes him an ideal candidate to represent WHA in this new adventure.

We look forward to seeing WHAt’s Next for our team as we work to further expand our innovative solutions in Sacramento and beyond.
