WHA Emerging Leaders

Monday was a special day at WHA… we celebrated our awesome staff with some well-deserved promotions! 25 individuals were recognized from our Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Orange County offices.

WHA president, Bill Hezmalhalch, addressed the staff at the celebration opening with a message of congratulations. 

In summary, Bill reminded everyone that one of the guiding principles for WHA is to create opportunities for staff, nurture them, and create pathways for them to reach the highest level in the company. He asserted that the staff is paramount in the development of our firm to grow, expand, inspire new leaders, and build new opportunities. This is a firm that believes it is important to come alongside each person and help them develop a career.

This year has been a little bit different; we all know that. But WHA came together and made it through a pandemic. Bill expressed his gratitude for everyone’s contributions and for their commitment to the firm, clients, and projects. The staff found ways to be creative and work together in the face of adversity. It is the spirit of WHA to find a way and to help employees reach personal success.
