Boulevard Master Planned Community

The Boulevard

One of the newest master planned communities in northern California is Boulevard in Dublin, CA. Once complete, Boulevard will boast 24 unique neighborhoods with 1,750 new homes. Residents will be able to enjoy a 10,000-square-foot Recreation Center featuring fitness rooms, a game room, clubhouse, indoor and outdoor kitchens and lounge spaces, café, and two pools. For residents who enjoy an active lifestyle, Boulevard will link to the Iron Horse Regional Trail, include a 30-acre community park and feature 15 individually themed pocket parks. In the heart of Dublin, Boulevard is centrally located near boutique shops, restaurants, the 580 and 680 freeways and the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station with its other public transportation options.

Robert Lee, Senior Principal of Planning in our Bay Area office has led the WHA team since its beginning.

“I am excited to see a modern, master-planned, transit-oriented development (TOD), built in the East Bay. The contemporary theme has been incorporated into not only the urban design but also in the architecture, interior design, and landscaping. It’s even found its way into the marketing material! It reminds me of the Playa Vista community in Southern California and hopefully it will set a new standard for design within the East Bay.”

Boulevard’s first four neighborhoods are now open with active sales. The WHA designed Sunset neighborhood by Lennar / CalAtlantic Homes, includes small lot single-family homes with starting prices in the low $1,000,000s. With another 20 neighborhoods on the way, Boulevard will be changing the new home experience in Dublin for years.
