WHAt’s Up in NorCal

The first half of 2023 has kept all four of our WHA offices creatively inspired. Our hardworking architects, planners, and designers have been collaborating with our clients and consultants to bring our projects to life by successfully moving them through the different phases of planning, design, and construction. To celebrate some of the triumphs our team has experienced thus far this year, let’s take a look at what our Northern California team has in the works:

Belleci Residence

This 3-story, 4,526 square foot home for the Belleci family will showcase a contemporary design with 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths and 1 half bath, and an attached 3-car garage. Designed for a large family who enjoys entertaining guests, the floor plan includes an elevator that serves all levels and an outdoor kitchen that has direct access to the garden. In March, the project was approved in Design Review.

Xavier Estates – Lots 1 and 6

These custom homes with Castle Companies are a dynamic pair to keep an eye on in Alamo. Lot 1 will feature a Mediterranean architectural style with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, an attached ADU and a 3-car garage within 4,920 square feet.

The Modern Contemporary Lot 6 includes 5 bedrooms, 5.75 bathrooms, an attached ADU and a 3-car garage within 4,981 square feet. Both residences received Design Review approval in April.

Magnolia Village

In partnership with Edge Development Group, LLC, Magnolia Village is planned to create 20 modern contemporary designed 3-story townhomes with roof decks and 6,960 square feet of retail space. Magnolia Village was approved by the Larkspur City Council in May!

Singh Residence

This custom home was approved in Design Review in June and will surely be a sight to see in Livermore! Sitting on 20-acres, a gated driveway leads to the residence surrounded by vineyards and extensive formal landscaping. The 2-story Mediterranean style home is designed to include 12 bedrooms, 14 full baths and 3 half baths, and a 10-car garage within 14,500 square feet.

Stay tuned to see WHAt’s next for these upcoming developments and more from our team!
