WHA Visits SOHO at Central Park West!
Our staff recently had the opportunity to visit one of WHA’s newest projects, Soho at Central Park West by Lennar. Located in Irvine, Lennar is currently in the process of completing construction on 3 different communities at Central Park West. These consist of Madison, Soho and the Manhattans – all of which target different buyer markets. 
Soho opened on May 13th of this year and only 13 of the 31 units remain. SOHO consists of 3 building types – two types of 5-plex buildings and one 7-plex building. All plans are three stories with 2 car attached garages and range between 1,538 – 1,818 sf.
-Plan 1A is 1,538 sf. and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen island with sink, eating bar, loft, flex space, living room, dining room, laundry area, deck, 2-bay tandem garage.
-Plan 2A/Plan 2B is 1,691 sf. and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen eating bar, living room, dining room, laundry area, deck and 2 -bay garage.
-Plan 3A/3BR/3CR is 1,818 sf. and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen island with sink, eating bar, living room, dining room, laundry area, deck and 2-bay garage. This is the most desirable plan because of its open kitchen design, large square footage and beautiful master bathroom.
Construction consists of a mix of R2/U at the 5-plexes and R2/S at the 7-plex along with type VB construction with full 13 fire sprinklers. All residences have tankless water heaters and A/C units on the roof.
SOHO is priced at $545,990.00 – $619,990.00
