Arcadia at Stonegate
On Friday, July 26th WHA staff toured one of our newest communities on the market, Arcadia at Stonegate by Tri Pointe Homes. Located in Irvine in the master plan community of Village of Stonegate, Arcadia generously meets the needs of today’s households with spacious single-family homes with thoughtful and well-executed designs. Each of the 3 plans feature a downstairs bedroom suite, perfect for multi-generational families looking to live in the area. An important design feature for all 3 plans is the great room concept, which spans across the width of the home and relates to the outdoor living space.
Addressing the desire for Southern California outdoor living life-style, our designers created two L-shaped plans that help to further define the outdoor space and ensure privacy.
This community was so well received that all 7 homes released in the first phase sold in the first 20 minutes (June, 2013).
