Innovation and Recognition: WHA’s PCBC Highlights

WHAt a week! From powerful keynotes to celebratory toasts, WHA was thrilled to be in the mix at the 2025 Gold Nugget Awards, PCBC, and accompanying events. This year’s Gold Nugget Awards featured an impressive lineup of talent, with WHA-designed communities receiving several Merit Awards across a wide range of residential categories. Ultimately, Altair by Brookfield Residential was named Best On-The-Boards Site Plan and Novato at Del Sol – Plan 5 by Shea Homes was recognized as Best Single-Family Detached Home 2,500–3,000 SF.
