Last month, WHA attended the ULI’s annual field trip focusing on new transit-oriented developments in Los Angeles.  We met at the Tustin train station and took Metrolink to Union Station. For many, it was their first visit to this 1938 landmark, an interesting blend of Spanish Colonial Revival and Art Deco.

Site constraints often drive innovation, and in the case of City Ventures’ Montebello Collection, the challenges created a new concept, the Urban Atrium. Although a more affordable option, The Montebello Collection does not sacrifice size in order to accommodate cost.

Construction at The 301 is moving along quite nicely this month. The contractor engaged WHA to assist in creating plans for a wall mock-up. These are often used on larger projects where there are multiple unique window, door and wall details.
