Over the last few years there has been a lot of news about a slumping Chinese economy.  Home sales and retail revenues are down from their highs just a few years ago.  With this boom and bust cycle there are some opportunities developing for well leveraged private developers.

Construction has begun on Crestavilla, a 201-unit senior living complex in Laguna Niguel. Designed with the notion of “Cruise Ship Living,” the luxurious project will provide numerous amenities and activities for active seniors. One of the highlights of the amenities will be the rooftop produce garden.
