University of California, Santa Barbara’s First LEED Community

WHA is proud to announce our newest faculty housing community, Ocean Walk at North Campus located in the beautiful beach town of Goleta, California.  Designed on a 26-acre site, our designers mixed 8 single-family homes and 14 two-story townhomes seamlessly together to create a blended community. As the University of California, Santa Barbara’s first LEED community, these homes offer a natural beach setting only minutes from the campus, ocean, shops and restaurants. The single-family homes range between 2,131 and 2,437 s.f. while the townhomes are approximately 1,386 – 2,393 s.f. Phase 1 is sold out with Phase 2 available by Summer 2013.
